Intensive Acai Berries Exfoliating Mask

Based on exfoliating AHAs that promote skin renewal. A combination of rich emollient oils and waxes (Shea butter, Palm oil, and Candelilla wax) protects the skin in order to minimize the tingling sensation that is typical of acid-based preparations. Acai fruit helps in combating signs of aging due to its high content of antioxidants such as Anthocyanin and vitamin C. Urea and Hyaluronic acid are active moisturizers, which provide intensive hydration to the skin in order to soften the upper layers and ease the process of exfoliation of dead skin cells. The mask adheres well to the skin and allows an easy and accurate application. A paraben-free preservative system contains salicylic acid that further enhances the exfoliating property of the formula.

Apply in a generous layer using enough of the product to cover all facial areas (keeping safely away from the eyes!). Spread with several massage motions and leave on for 3-5 minutes (depending on skin sensitivity). Later on, when the skin becomes more accustomed to the AHAs the mask may be left on for up- to 10 minutes before rinsing it off with water. When using AHA based care products make sure to protect your skin during the day with a broad spectrum protective day cream with an SPF 15 or more.
