Cooling Peel-Off Seaweed Mask

Composed of slow-setting seaweed powder to allow comfortable mixing and application over face and neck. Although it forms a thick, continuous film, this mask is non-occlusive (!) as it exerts a cooling (rather than a warming) effect. May be applied over any treatment mask or cream and is therefore suitable for all skin types. If applied over a thin gauze facial mask, it can be easily removed in one piece. Ideal as a summer treatment, especially due to its marked cooling effect.

Pour 30 ml. of water into the shaker or a small bowl. Add a heaped, large, measuring cup of powder (contains about 12 gr. powder) to the bowl and mix until uniform. If the mixture is too fluid, add a little powder to thicken the mixture. Apply to the required area in a generous, even layer and allow it to set. Upon setting, a thin water film is formed that helps detach the mask from the skin. Note: The quantities in these directions are adjusted for a facial mask only. If the mask needs to be extended to other areas, quantities should be re-adjusted accordingly. 2 measuring spoons may be found in the powder jar for your convenience.
